Ely hypnotherapist Dan Regan clocks up his 3rd award

A hypnotherapist based in Ely has clocked up his third honour at a small business awards.

Dan Regan was successful in the ‘service excellence’ category at the SME Ely Business Awards 2023.

“This is my third year in a row (my hat trick) of winning a local business award,” said Dan.

“I won the silver award in 2021, the gold award in 2022 and at the end of May and the silver award again at the awards event that took place at The Maltings.”

The SME Ely Business Awards are open to small and medium businesses and entrants must have less than 250 employees at the time of entering or be self-employed and must be based in Ely or conduct a significant amount of their business here.

The awards comprise of 19 award categories judged by up to four of the panel of judges.

The Service Excellence category is awarded to recognise a business that delivers outstanding assistance and advice to those who buy or use the business or organisation’s products or services.

Businesses have to provide customer testimonials to back up their award submission.

“Having previously struggled and battled with anxiety and low self-esteem myself, I know how debilitating it can be,” he said.
