A frustrated resident has scrawled ‘very big hole’ in large, yellow lettering to alert drivers to a pothole in the Fens.

One resident says the pothole “was reported months ago to the county council.

“They told me it can take up to three months to fix”.

Another resident said: “Sadly, I still hit that hole the other day.”

One other local driver said: “I hit this the other week and burst my tyre.”
